Kaylie Phan is the Sales Manager at Seattle Insurance Group (SIG) and SIG Insurance Brokerage; she is responsible for identifying and selecting qualified candidates through our stringent recruiting process. She works directly with our Associate Brokers in assisting them from developing marketing plan to the implementation phase.  With the high demands that comes with being a Sales Manager she continues to make time to meet with her clients one on one.  Prior to joining SIG, Kaylie worked as a Financial Services Professional for a large wealth management firm in downtown Seattle.   

Kaylie has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and minors in communication and journalism from Eastern Washington University.  With her experience and financial background, she is well verse in helping her clients and assisting Associate Brokers to a fast start.  She is always excited to keep learning and developing her skills so that it can further meet the demands and expectations of her clients.  Kaylie enjoys playing golf and tennis, hiking, eating dishes that has potatoes and spending time with her family and friends.
